Brownie Points
We have listed details regarding your specific Grooms role however, there are further things you can do outside of this which will be looked on favourably with your bride to be. This section offers you ten top tips designed to help you score Brownie Points
- Showing an interest - pick up and read the occasional magazine, make sure the bride to be sees you! or even buy one (that will score loads of points)
- Actively ask if there is anything you can do to help the bride
- Be enthusiastic about visiting wedding shows even if it is the 100 th one you have been to
- Happily visit suppliers and suggest making it into special days i.e. visit suppliers in he morning and then taking her for lunch somewhere nice where she can talk to you for hours about weddings
- Ask her what is on her to do list and take responsibility for some tasks. Make sure you do them or you will lose all of your brownie points. The bride to be needs to feel confident and have peace of mind otherwise it will cause her more stress
- Do some research and have an opinion. There is nothing better than a bridegroom who makes suggestions.
- Liaise with the brides mother and get involved
- Don't promote my role is to just turn up!
- Liaise with your brides to be friends to book her a stress free weekend away
- Book a special romantic meal a few days before the wedding and don't talk about weddings - relax.
